What a Model is
A Model is one of our pre-designed floor plans, priced and engineered. You pick a layout, choose finishes, and reserve a build slot with a fixed deposit. Lead time and price are locked when you sign — no scope creep, no surprises.
If the fit isn't quite right — a size between two models, or a plan that isn't here — that isn't a Model. That's a custom build. See the custom path.
